Summary

Come spend the week enjoying the sights and sounds of this hidden gem on England’s East Coast. Largely untouched for hundreds of years, some of the buildings would still be recognized by Christopher Jones, Master of the Mayflower himself. Learn about the wider history of the area including witch trials 50 years before Salem, Roman domination and disaster in Britain’s oldest town and the charm and beauty of the English countryside as painted by master painter John Constable. You will enjoy the best of all that is old and new: walk along cobblestone shopping areas, eat wonderful food and head out into the countryside to visit farmlands. London and guided tours by passionate locals are included.
